PAYMENT METHODS
1) COD
You can pay for your order at the distributor (courier) at the time of delivery to you. Payment is made in cash
2) CREDIT – DEBT – PREPAID *
You can pay for your order with your credit, debit or prepaid card.
* All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
SHIPPING METHODS
1) SHIPMENT
The products are sent with the courier company Speedex, all over Greece. Shipping costs are 3.5 € and for purchases from 60 € and up it is free.
2) DELIVERY
Your order is confirmed in 1-2 working days, depending on the time and day of submission. In case of stock shortage, you are informed by phone or e-mail about the final delivery time. For products available, the specified delivery time is 1 to 5 working days.
