Return Policy
We reserve the right to change the product with another size, color or other product within 10 calendar days from the day of receipt of the package by you. No refunds.
Return conditions:
1) The product must not have been used and must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage.
2) The packaging must be the one that accompanied the product from the beginning.
3) The return must be made within 10 calendar days.
In case you want to use the right of change you should contact us by phone at 21 3033 3479 within the set time limit.
After contacting us, the new parcel is sent and then exchanged with the old parcel hand in hand with the distributor (courier).
